FIFA told to reconsider Gibraltar membership application

(Reuters) - FIFA has been told to reconsider Gibraltar's application for membership, after the British territory's soccer association partially won an appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), but stopped short of directly awarding it membership.
