IAAF ethics board to look at 2017 vote

LONDON (Reuters) - The IAAF's ethics committee is to investigate the bidding for the 2017 and 2019 world athletics championships after accusations of possible corruption, the head of the sport in Britain told a parliamentary committee on Tuesday.
