NFL's 'Deflategate' appeal to be heard in February: court order

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday said it will hear the National Football League's appeal of a judge's ruling overturning New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's four-game "Deflategate" suspension in early February.
